FINDING YOUR PATHWAY TO SURVIVORSHIP, PART II
April 9th, 9:00 -11:45 a.m. / 8:45 a.m. Registration & Check In
This interactive program will allow participants to learn about and develop their own Pathway to Survivorship. This program will assist participants in the integration of various modalities important to cancer survivorship.
Opening Session: The Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center will welcome back Dr. Michael Foley, Vice President, Chief Medical Officer for Scottsdale Healthcare, to introduce the Virginia G. Piper Cancer Center Second Pathway to Survivorship Program. Dr. Foley’s presentation, Ancient Wisdom for Life Fulfillment…. "Inspiring all Individuals to Live Peaceful and Compassionate Lives" will be beneficial to everyone.
Additional topics include:
• Recovery vs. Recuperation; A Holistic Approach to Survivorship
• Treatment Summaries and Follow-Up Care: Tools for Care Management in Survivorship
• Know your Employment Rights as a Cancer Survivor
• Insurability After Cancer - The OptionsParticipants have the opportunity to choose attending two workshops in addition to the opening presentation with Michael Foley, MD. RSVP required.
